One OS Intelligence expansion of a card. A cascade from a single email is usually several lookups, which is why Lite's eight a day is enough to work a case properly. Pro's 200 is a guard rail, not a meter.
Who can join a Pro team?
Anyone you invite. The owner subscribes; up to ten contributors join from an invite link with a username and need no subscription of their own. Everyone sees everyone's pointer, edits and selections live.
Where are my cases stored?
Until you turn the team on, cases autosave in the browser you use, and you can export the case file to move or back one up. Turning the team on moves them to OpenSighted's servers, where every change is saved as it is made.
What leaves my machine when I run an AI analysis?
The board's text: entity names, fields, links, notes and file names. Never the contents of your files.
Do I need the desktop app?
No. Everything runs in the browser. The desktop app is the same workspace in its own window for macOS and Windows, and updates itself.
Can I start on Lite and move to Pro later?
Yes. Your cases come with you.
